360º by Jeffrey Vella is a unique space allocated on top of the walls of the old city of Dubrovnik, part of a Unesco World Heritage monument. Perceived by tourists as one of the greatest locations for views in the city, it is also a milestone in the culinary offer in Croatia. The company asked to develop a strategy and space design that places the new 360º in every visitor agenda.
APPROACH
Our proposal was focused on split the restaurant in two big areas based on two different gastronomic offers, fine and casual dining. At the core of the project we placed a new plaza inside the old walls, a plaza where people gather around and where the guest can visually check both restaurant offers while enjoying a drink.
OUTCOME
The dinner experience cannot be relied only to good views and amazing food; the space design must respond to the same requirements. A new landmark for the old town.
